We continuously strive for exemplary operations, in accordance with the principles of good Corporate Governance and full compliance with legislation, and we invest in the ongoing development and advancement of our human resources and the improvement of society as a whole, through the use of technology. We have made it a priority to reduce our environmental footprint, contributing to the fight against the climate crisis.

We recognize and focus on key issues of sustainable development, using as a reference framework the new European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), international standards such as the GRI Standards, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), as well as national standards and initiatives.

The Group is a member of the local UN Global Compact Network Greece (UNGCNG) and, since 2022, our parent company Quest Holdings has signed the United Nations Global Compact and is committed to upholding its 10 principles regarding human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption.

Quest Group has disclosed for the first time its environmental information for the year 2025 through CDP, reaffirming its commitment to transparency and sustainability. This disclosure reflects the ongoing efforts of our Group and its subsidiaries, such as Info Quest Technologies, to monitor, manage, and reduce environmental impacts across our operations, aligning with global best practices and stakeholder expectations.

ΕSG Strategy 2025–2030+

The ESG strategy of Quest Group was formulated in 2021, with an implementation horizon from 2022 to 2030 (2050 for environmental goals), and is based on four strategic pillars: environment, employees, responsible business operations, and sustainable products.

The Group’s ESG strategy was revised with the allocation of targets by year, to ensure systematic monitoring and improvement actions wherever required. Info Quest Technologies participates in the target-setting and contributes, through its performance, to achieving the desired outcome.

Sustainability Report

In 2024, the parent company Quest Holdings submitted a consolidated sustainability report for all Group companies, in accordance with the requirements of the CSRD Directive of the European Parliament. For its disclosures, a “Limited Assurance Report by a Certified Public Accountant” was prepared and published, in accordance with the International Standard on Assurance Engagements 3000 (Revised), “Assurance Engagements Other than Audits or Reviews of Historical Financial Information.”

The 2024 Sustainability Report of Info Quest Technologies is also part of the Group’s published data. As a major subsidiary, it also contributed to the Group’s Double Materiality analysis. This report follows the GRI standards, is based on the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the 10 principles for Human Rights of the UN Global Compact, and also references the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), which have influenced the Group’s Sustainability Report disclosures.

Ecovadis Gold Certification in 2023

In 2023, our company received the particularly high distinction Gold Award from EcoVadis, during its second evaluation, presenting significant progress compared to last year's Silver distinction and significantly improved performance in all thematic areas. EcoVadis rates more than 100.000 companies, in 175+ countries, in 200+ industries, by assessing companies' policies and actions as well as their published reporting related to the environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.

With our performance, we are in the TOP 2% of companies rated by EcoVadis in the Wholesale of computers, computer peripheral equipment and software industry and in the TOP 3% of all rated Companies.

Diamond category in the Forbes "ESG Transparency Index" list.

In May 2023, our company was included in the "ESG Transparency Index" list in the Diamond category (2nd level), published in Forbes Magazine.

The list highlights among the largest 100 companies in Greece (by 2021 revenue as reported by ICAP Crif) the pioneers of Greek business in terms of the level of transparency in Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) issues. It was published in Forbes magazine (May 2023) while the methodology and evaluation was carried out by EY and Net Analytics.

Of the 100 companies, 18 were rated Platinum, 24 Diamond, 10 Gold, 3 Silver, 4 Bronze, while 34 companies were in the last tier, Commencing the ESG journey.

Supporting the Environment

Environmental protection and the reduction of our environmental footprint are a compass for our operation and we are certified in accordance with ISO 14001:2015. In addition, we have undertaken specific commitments in order to respond to the new challenges, the new regulatory requirements, such as those of the New National Climate Law, to set a good example for the companies in the sector, to respond to the demands of our stakeholders for greener operation, but above all to contribute to the achievement of the national goals.

Greenhouse gas emissions

At Info Quest Technologies, monitoring, recording and reducing greenhouse gas emissions is a systematic process. We have assigned a specialized in the environment external partner to measure direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1 & 2 & 3), according to the requirements of the GHG Protocol standard. Furthermore, we have assigned another external partner, certified by the Ministry of the Environment, to verify the data, in accordance with the requirements of the Νational Climate Law. The verification was contacted in accordance for 2023 in accordance with the ISO 14064-3:2019 protocol for Scope1 & 2, meeting the requirements of ISO 14064- 1:2018 and will be repeated for 2025 data.
