This includes, indicatively and without limitation, any loss or damage caused by cyberattack, viruses, or other harmful software/material that may affect your equipment (computer or any other device), software, data, proprietary material, or the accuracy of information obtained through the Website, as well as any lost profits, loss of programs or other data, or damage to reputation or goodwill, even if the COMPANY has been expressly informed of the possibility of such damages arising.

1.2.  The COMPANY disclaims any liability in the event that, for any reason—including negligence—the operation of the Website is interrupted, or access to it becomes difficult and/or impossible, or if, despite the security measures in place, unauthorized third parties intervene in any manner in its content or operation, thereby hindering its use or causing problems in its proper functioning.

1.3. The COMPANY provides no guarantee, express or implied, that the content of the Website will always be up to date, accurate, secure, free of viruses or other malicious software, error‑free, or that it will meet users’ requirements. Nor does it guarantee that results obtained from its use will be reliable, accurate, or error‑free.

1.4.  Information contained on the Website is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any express or implied warranty, including, indicatively, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, suitability for any specific use, or non‑infringement of third‑party rights. The use of information obtained through or stored via the Website rests solely with the user and is at the user’s own responsibility. The user acknowledges that they must evaluate the content and accept responsibility for any risk that may arise from the use of any content.

1.5. The COMPANY bears absolutely no liability for reasons beyond its control or influence, particularly for reasons arising from technical or other failure of the network or from accidental events or force majeure.

1.6. The content of the Website does not constitute advice, nor does it make any recommendations, nor should it be understood as grounds for any decision or action, or as an invitation to invest in any securities of the COMPANY or to participate in other companies.

1.7. In any case, and only where any damage you incur is due to proven negligence of the COMPANY, the COMPANY shall be liable solely for compensating you for any actual damage that arises from and is directly linked to the harmful event and the COMPANY’s gross negligence or intent.

1.8. All limitations of liability included in these terms of use apply in full, and the user of the Website acknowledges and accepts them as valid and consistent with good faith and commercial practice.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

2.1. You are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable, and limited licence to access and make personal use of the Website, without the right of assignment, for the purposes specifically set out in these terms, in particular for accessing news and information relating to the COMPANY. This licence does not, under any circumstances, include permission to download or modify the Website or any part thereof, which is permitted only with the COMPANY’s prior written consent.

2.2. The COMPANY and the respective manufacturers of the products marketed by the COMPANY are the sole and exclusive holders of all intellectual property rights in the content, code, and structure of the Website, except where expressly exempted or otherwise provided by applicable law. Specifically, you may not use any text or data mining tools, robots, or similar data collection and extraction mechanisms to retrieve any content from the Website, nor re‑use any part of the Website without the COMPANY’s express written consent.

2.3. All service and/or product names that may be mentioned on the Website constitute trademarks of the COMPANY, its affiliated companies, its business partners, the companies of the Quest Group, or the respective manufacturers. You do not hold any licence or authorisation to use, in any manner, any of these trademarks. In general, neither the user nor any third party holds or acquires any licence or permission to use, in any manner, the COMPANY’s or its affiliates’ or the Quest Group’s intellectual or industrial property rights without the special written authorisation of the lawful rights holder. You are prohibited from using framing or frame techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, videos, text, or page layout) of the COMPANY, its affiliates, or the Quest Group, or of the respective manufacturers without written consent. The COMPANY authorises the users to copy, store, and print excerpts or documents from the Website (except for content owned by third parties and expressly designated as such) solely for personal, non‑commercial use, provided that each copy or extract retains all copyright notices, proprietary notices, and disclaimers contained therein. All COMPANY logos and trademarks may not be used or reproduced without the prior written consent of the COMPANY or the respective manufacturers.

The Website may not be embedded within any other website, and in any case, you may not create a link to any part of the Website other than the homepage. The COMPANY reserves the right to withdraw linking permission at any time, without notice, without liability, and without justification.

2.8. The COMPANY holds exclusive rights to the domain names infoquest.gr and info.quest.gr. All trade names appearing on the Website are duly protected under applicable law. The COMPANY and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted. The mere public display of trademarks and corporate logos does not constitute a grant of rights.

3. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

The Website may include references to the content of third‑party websites or may provide users with the ability to navigate, via specific links (links, hyperlinks, banners, video), to third‑party websites, the content of which is created and maintained under the sole responsibility of those parties.
