We offer application installation services, personalized menu creation and instruction manuals, according to the needs, the quality standards and the time schedule of our partner or customer.

On call support

 

This service includes direct troubleshooting, either remotely, through the use of specific applications, or onsite. For example, this type of support can be used to resolve problems like PC, screen, printer, or scanner malfunctions, as well as operating system issues (Windows, MacOS), network issues, PC and peripherals installations, Windows upgrades / installations, home wireless network security and so on.

Our services are available throughout Greece by Info Quest Technologies & its authorized partners.

Charges: Support services are paid on an hourly basis, based on the hours spent by our specialized personnel on the customer's premises, or based on a previous agreement. The hourly rate depends on the personnel's expertise (hardware technician, network technician, system Engineer).

Note: For this service, there is no commitment pertaining to the call-to-repair response time. If your needs dictate a limited response and repair time, please ask to be informed about the SLAs offered by Info Quest Technologies.
